Moje pierożki zamroziłam, wyjmę je dopiero w Wigilię. Mam nadzieję, że do tego czasu nie znikną z lodówki ;)
Ciasto:
-3 szklanki mąki + do posypania/dodania
- 1 jajko
- 1/2 szklanki lekko ciepłej wody
- szczypta soli
- 1/2 łyżeczki gałki muszkatołowej
Farsz (przepraszam, że proporcje podaję w "garściach", ale często dodaję składniki na oko i nie potrafię dokładnie sprecyzować ilości):
- 1,5 szklanki kurek
- mała torebka kapusty kiszonej
- 2 małe cebule
- oliwa do smażenia
- liść laurowy
Składniki na ciasto mieszaj i wyrabiaj z nich jednorodną masę (w razie potrzeby dodaj więcej mąki lub wody). Rozwałkuj i wykrój okręgi.
Na patelni przesmaż pokrojoną w drobną kostkę cebulę, a po chwili dodaj posiekane kurki. Smaż, aż cebula się zeszkli.
Kapustę przepłucz zimną wodą, odsącz i gotuj w garnku, dodaj liść laurowy. Duś, aż kapusta zmięknie.
